What’s your legacy?

Legacy was just a word in the dictionary to me once upon a time. 

Life has happened and now I am invested in being a partner to people who have something to say, something to share or something to leave behind. 

Let me be more blunt. Everyone has something to share. YOU have something someone needs to tuck in their pocket on a tough day or a long awaited magical moment. You may have a kernel that has stuck in your mind and keeps pebbling back. Pay attention to that. It isn’t an accident. 

Life is meant to be cherished. So much happens in 24 hours that we think we are observing, noting or remembering. Only to find out 10 years have passed and now we are trying to figure out how to bring back a memory, a scent, a sound or more poignantly - a person.

I can’t tell you how many times I have stumbled upon a journal with one page of scribble. And it is a key that unlocks stories I didn’t know I needed to recall.
